Kartel have secured great wins across international press, UK radio and DPSs for The Prototypes, one of the most exciting Drum & Bass acts in the UK at the moment.

Building on D&B duo The Prototypes previous success at dance specialist media, Kartel’s press team secured wide support for singles from UKF, Mixmag, one of USA’s biggest dance tastemakers Dancing Astronaut and many more. Playlist wise, the track’s was added to venue music playlists, including JD Gyms, Qbic Hotel in Brussels, Feel Fit Gym, YourZonw45 gyms and Resorts World gym.

With the band announcing a 24 hour DJ set for the NHS (live streamed in partnership with D&B TV), we worked on targeting media across the board, generating coverage across dance specialists, mainstream entertainment publications and Brighton Local media, including: UKF, Mixmag, DJ Mag, Resident Advisor, Data Transmission, International DJ Magazine, BN1 Magazine, CelebMix and 6 Sussex Newspapers in print and online as well as email newsletter Broadlist.

At radio, new single ‘Oxygen’ was unveiled as Annie Mac’s Hottest Record on BBC Radio 1, with further support on the network from René LaVice and Danny Howard, alongside KISS FRESH support from Charlie Tee. 

At DSPs, Kartel also secured track inclusion in Spotify’s New Dance Revolution playlist (56k followers), Massive Drum & Bass (197k followers), Beatport’s Top 100 Drum & Bass tracks and more.
