‘United Nation: Three Decades of Drum & Bass’ | PR

Tasked with promoting ‘United Nation: Three Decades of Drum & Bass’, the music documentary by legendary  One Nation’s founder Terry Stone, capturing the sharp rise of the dance music genre, from illegal raves to taking over the charts, Kartel Promotions team worked on securing previews for the short film premiere in London as well as film reviews and key features with the DJs and artists appearing in the film. Covering online press internationally, we placed news pieces in  DJ Mag, Dancing Astronaut, Groove and Data Transmission, among others. DJ Mag followed the online piece with a preview in their February print issue. Key features placed across a varied portfolio of publications, the more specialist Data Transmission featured One Nation’s dancer and DJ Charlotte Devaney for their Renegade Masters DJ Mix. CelebMix interviewed DJ Rap about being a woman in the D&B scene. The VIP film premiere was covered by Data Transmission with an in dept red carpet reportage.
