Faze Miyake is an East London based artist raised on a diet of UK garage, jungle, and southern hip-hop, who was soon taken in by the local grime scene that spread through London’s playgrounds in the mid-2000’s.

DJ'ing in youth clubs and listening to the local pirate airwaves eventually led to Faze playing on these very underground stations, before he later took his eclectic DJ sets around the globe. His breakout instrumental "Take Off" was placed as the official Lord Of The Mics 3 soundtrack, planting the foundations of an incredible career that has seen him described a "staple and unique voice within UK electronic and mutant-dance music." His debut album “Faze Miyake by Faze Miyake” was released in 2015 on Rinse Recordings, featuring the likes of Little Simz, Chicago-rapper Sasha Go Hard, Inga Copeland (of Hype WIlliams) and the Dizzee Rascal-affiliated Family Tree.

Since then, his production credits and collaborations have included AJ Tracey, CASISDEAD, Skepta, Novelist, Avelino, Belly Squad and more, with plays across radio stations including BBC Radio 1, BBC 1Xtra, Kiss FM and Rinse. Last year saw Faze Miyake also step to the mic and transition to a fully fledged producer-vocalist, with 2019 set to see the release of new music from the ever-evolving artist.
