The Royalty Dashboard is updated with new statements and reporting on the 15th of every month. You will also receive your statements by email on this date.

Each month, you will be able to download:

The block marked Closing Balance on the main dashboard or any month’s dashboard shows how much money is currently against your account.

Kartel makes client payments on the last day of each month. Payments are made in a month when a client has reached the minimum payment threshold included in their contract.

The majority of DSPs and physical sales partners account to Kartel 60 days after the end of the month in which a stream/purchase takes place. Kartel then pays through to artists 30 days after this.

No. Kartel’s accounting is on a monthly basis and covers solely that month in question.

The Kartel Royalty Dashboard can be used to generate data for any digital or physical release. This can be done via the Data -> Reports link on the left-hand side navigation. You will then need to click the Create button to begin.

All royalty payments operate on a “Self-Billing” basis and will be paid automatically in line with contractual terms as they fall due.
